Abstract

Structural, chemical and morphological characteristics of luminescent active La1-x-yEuyCaxVO4 sol-gel nanoparticles are studied. Incorporation of Ca2+ cations in the REVO4 crystal lattice is confirmed. Changes of the samples’ compositions are found to be accompanied by changes of sizes and morphology of nanoparticles.
