Description

Influence of CsCl additives on the transformation of nanovoids and optical properties of chalcogenide GeS2-Ga2S3 glasses are investigated. It is established that CsCl additives in GeS2-Ga2S3 glasses result in void agglomeration and shift of the absorption edge towards shorter wavelengths.
